Before you book
The questions moms actually ask.
Who'll take care of my kids while I recover?
This is the question most moms lead with, and it's planned before your date, not after. Weeks one and two are the restricted stretch — no lifting the little ones — so we map out in advance who helps with the house and the school run, and where private recovery support can be added if you'd like it. You won't be improvising it afterwards.
How much does a mommy makeover cost?
A combined mommy makeover is all-inclusive from $6,499*, with financing that can bring it to around $142/month*. You can see the monthly estimate from the 60-second check, before you talk to anyone. Your exact number is set at your free consult once a plan is built for your case; combined plans that add more components run higher.
The pouch survives every diet — what is that, really?
Very often it's not fat at all. During pregnancy the abdominal muscles can separate down the middle — diastasis recti — leaving a gap that no amount of core work closes, because it's anatomy, not effort. A tummy tuck repairs the muscle itself; that's the difference.
Can breastfeeding come before or after?
Timing matters. It's generally best to wait until you've finished nursing and your breasts have settled (often several months after weaning) before a breast procedure, so the result is planned on your true shape. Feeding future babies is discussed candidly at consult as part of the plan.
I had a C-section. Does that change anything?
Often for the better. Where possible the existing cesarean scar can be worked with — incorporated into the tummy-tuck incision rather than added to. It's reviewed openly at consult so nothing about your history is a surprise on the day.
Will it last if I have another baby?
A future pregnancy can undo the result, which is exactly why timing is part of the plan. If you may have more children, the honest recommendation is usually to wait — and you'll hear that plainly rather than be booked anyway.
Is it surgery? How much downtime, and is it safe?
Yes — it's real, combined surgery performed under anesthesia in an accredited facility by a board-certified surgeon, not a walk-in procedure. The restricted stretch is roughly the first two weeks, with a gradual return over about six; timelines are typical ranges and individual, never guaranteed. Everything is spelled out before you agree to it.
Does checking financing affect my credit?
No. The pre-qualification uses a soft check with no impact to your credit score. You'll see an estimate before you ever book, and a reservation can begin with about 10% down, with payments able to start after your recovery.
Is this a weight-loss treatment?
No. A mommy makeover repairs separated muscle, removes excess skin and restores breast shape — it is not a treatment for weight loss or obesity. It works best when you're already at or near a stable weight, and it's an elective cosmetic choice for adults 18+.
How do I know if I'm a candidate?
The 60-second check gives you a first read, and your candidacy — and the right timing — is confirmed by a board-certified surgeon at your free consult. If it's not the right time yet, we'll say so.
