A warm, boutique mommy-makeover studio · Miami

This chapter is yours, mama.

You gave your body to your babies, gladly — and some of you didn’t quite come back. That was never a willpower problem, and crunches were never going to reach it: stretched skin, a softer breast shape, a belly pouch that’s often separated muscle, not fat. At Boutinic your mommy makeover is planned gently around your body as it is now, one mother at a time, over an unhurried free consult with a board-certified surgeon.

A room that feels like ours before it ever feels like a clinic.

Before Anything Else

This was never a willpower problem, mama.

You did the pregnancies, the sleepless years, the putting-yourself-last on purpose, every single time. Then you did the clean eating and the core work — and the stretched skin, the deflated shape, the little belly that stayed anyway never once answered to any of it. It was never going to. What changed after your babies is structural — muscle, skin and volume — not a measure of how hard you tried. No amount of crunches reaches a muscle that has separated. Setting that shame down is where a gentle, honest plan begins.

A mommy makeover is elective surgery, considered warmly — not a weight-loss treatment. Knowing the difference is the start of doing this well.

Why It Happens

What pregnancy actually changes — in plain, gentle language.

Most of what a mommy makeover addresses isn’t fat at all. It’s what carrying and delivering your babies did to the structure underneath — and once you understand it, you can see which fixes were ever going to work, and which never could.

Before pregnancy — muscle together

The two halves of the abdominal wall sit together along a firm centre line — a flat, supported profile.

After pregnancy — separated (diastasis)

The muscles stretch apart and leave a gap (diastasis). The lower belly pushes forward through it — the “pooch” a workout physically cannot close.

Separated muscle

Diastasis recti — the abdominal wall parted during pregnancy and didn’t knit back. A structural gap, not fat. Planks and crunches can’t repair it.

Stretched skin

Skin stretched over months of growth can lose its elasticity and not draw back in, folding or draping even once the weight is gone.

Deflated breasts

After nursing, breasts can lose volume and settle lower — a change in shape and position that fullness alone won’t restore.

Redistributed fat

Where the body holds fat can shift after pregnancy, softening the waist and flanks in a way that’s stubborn to effort.

One Plan, One Recovery

Addressed together, as a whole — not piece by piece over years.

A mommy makeover isn’t one operation. It’s a considered combination of procedures — most often a tummy tuck with muscle repair, a breast lift and/or restored volume, and liposuction to refine the waist — planned so your tummy, breasts and shape read in proportion with one another. Done together, they mean one anaesthetic and one recovery, which for a mother is the part that actually matters.

Done separately

Three surgeries, three recoveries

Addressing each concern on its own, months or years apart, is a real option — but it asks the scarcest thing you have.

  • A separate recovery for each procedure — the hardest weeks, repeated
  • Anaesthesia and downtime, more than once
  • Results that can drift out of proportion when done at different times
The considered combination

One plan, one recovery

Where it genuinely serves the result, the parts are combined into a single planned procedure — undertaken once.

  • One recovery to arrange your life — and your little ones — around
  • Tummy, breasts and waist balanced to each other in one design
  • Only what the result needs — we combine nothing for its own sake
What We Help With

The restoration, part by part — combined only where it serves you.

These are the places pregnancy tends to change the most — addressed together, only where it serves you, and always as a considered surgical choice, never a weight-loss promise.

◈

The tummy — tummy tuck

Removes stretched, excess skin and, where present, repairs the separated muscle (diastasis) — the structural change core work can’t reach. This is what finally flattens the profile.

♥

The breasts — lift and/or volume

A lift restores position after nursing; restored or added fullness brings back proportion. Planned to your frame, never to a trend.

☾

The waist & flanks — liposuction

Refines the waistline and sides in the same setting, so your middle and your sides read together rather than one at a time.

✦

The finishing touches

Where they serve the whole, the arms or mons can be refined in the same plan — considered options, never a default add-on.

◉

Your combination, not a package

Every mother’s starting point is different. Your plan includes only the parts that restore your proportions — nothing more.

When it isn’t the right time yet

If you may have more babies, are early postpartum, still nursing, or working toward a stable weight, the honest answer is to wait. You’ll hear that plainly, warmly, from us.

Meet Your Surgeon

Dr. Elena Reyes

Two decades restoring bodies after babies have left Dr. Reyes with one conviction above the rest: in this surgery, restraint — and honest timing — are the harder, kinder skills. A mother herself, she designs, performs and reviews every plan personally, and stays with you through the whole of it.

  • Board-certified in plastic and reconstructive surgery
  • A mommy-makeover practice kept deliberately small — a limited number of mothers each month
  • Every plan designed, performed and reviewed by Dr. Reyes herself — never handed off
  • A philosophy of restoring what motherhood changed — never chasing a look that was never yours
“I would far rather be the surgeon who told you to wait than the one who rushed you.”

Is It Your Time?

A 60-second candidacy check — for moms.

Not everything about a mommy makeover is the surgery — a good part of it is timing. A few gentle taps, about a minute. At the end you’ll get a warm, personalized read on where — and when — to begin, plus an easy way to book a free consult. It’s not a diagnosis, just a kind place to start.

What happens next

  • A member of the team confirms your appointment by text and email, usually within one business day.
  • A gentle call or message beforehand to understand your goals and answer any early questions.
  • At the consult: an in-person exam, an honest read on candidacy and timing, and — only if it’s the right time — a considered plan with transparent, all-inclusive pricing.
This reserves a complimentary, no-obligation consult — not a surgical booking. Candidacy and timing are confirmed by a board-certified surgeon, in person, for adults 18 and over. You may reschedule or step back at any point.
Your Recovery, Handled

The hard part isn’t the surgery. It’s who’s got the kids while you heal.

For most mothers this is the real hesitation — not the operation, but the two weeks after it, with small people who still need lifting, feeding and school runs. So we don’t leave it to improvise. Before you ever agree to a date, we map the recovery to your household — a help-plan for the first weeks, honest lifting limits, and where a private recovery-support arrangement can be added if you’d like one.

  • Weeks 1–2 · the part to plan for

Rest, and hands you’ve arranged in advance

The most restricted stretch. No lifting the little ones; help lined up for the house and school run. We plan who that help is before your date, not after.

  • Weeks 2–6 · easing back

Light and steady, on a mother’s timeline

Most mothers are up and moving gently sooner than they feared, returning to light routine while still respecting limits. Timelines are typical ranges, and individual — never a guarantee.

  • Reviewed in person, throughout

You’re never left to guess what’s normal

Someone from our small team checks in on you personally, so at every stage you know what to expect rather than searching for it at midnight.

A mother at home with her two young children
What To Expect

From your free consult to feeling settled.

An honest account of the path, step by step, so nothing about it — including the recovery — takes you by surprise.

Step one · your free consult

A conversation, not a sales pitch

We open with your story, your goals, and honestly, your timing. Sometimes the honest answer is to wait — until you’re done having children, further past delivery, finished nursing, or nearer your goal weight — and you’ll hear that plainly, before anything else. You leave knowing where you stand either way.

Step two · your plan

Mapped to your tummy, breasts and waist

Your anatomy is assessed and a gentle, conservative plan drawn to it — which parts serve the result, and which don’t. Transparent, all-inclusive pricing is prepared for you here, once a plan exists — never as a figure before it.

A note on C-sections

Working with the scar you already have

If you delivered by caesarean, that’s planned around — often the existing scar can be incorporated rather than added to. It’s talked through openly at your consult, so nothing about your history is a surprise on the day.

Step three · your day

Performed personally, in an accredited facility

Your combined procedure is carried out by the board-certified surgeon you already met, in a fully accredited surgical setting, at the unhurried pace a small caseload allows.

Step four · settled

A shape that reads as rested, not redone

Your result keeps refining over the following months. The aim throughout is a you that looks like yourself again — no more than that. Individual results vary, and how quickly it settles differs from person to person.

A quietly confident mother, some time after her mommy makeover
One Mother’s Words
★★★★★
“I put it off for six years. I kept telling myself I’d try harder — one more programme, one more January. The first thing she did was turn the screen toward me and show me, plainly, that this part was never going to move on its own — that it was muscle separation, not fat, and that it wasn’t a failure of mine. I got a little teary, which was mortifying, and she just handed me the tea and waited. One recovery, planned around my two, instead of disappearing twice. Nobody asks what I had done. They ask if I’ve been sleeping better.”

We’ll tell you if now isn’t the time

No one is a candidate on the strength of a quiz. Suitability, and the right timing, are decided in person — by a board-certified surgeon, or not at all.

☾

An accredited surgical facility

Your procedure happens in a fully accredited setting, with the unhurried attention only a small, senior team can actually give.

Let’s be honest with each other: this is real surgery — real anaesthesia, a real recovery, and real risks, each part carrying its own. It deserves a clear head and the right timing, which is exactly why we’d rather you wait than rush.

Making It Work
from $6,499*
or about $142/month — and payments can start after you’ve healed.

We don’t open with a price, and money is never the point here. All-inclusive pricing starts from about $6,499 and is confirmed at your free consult, once a plan exists. The reason to wait is rarely the surgery — for many mothers it’s the timing, because recovery can mean weeks without earning. So a reservation can begin with a modest hold (about 10% down), with gentle monthly plans able to start after your recovery, not during it. Only if and when it helps — never a condition of anything.

What’s Included

If Now Isn’t Your Time

If a mommy makeover isn’t right yet, we’ll tell you so — warmly.

The consult is complimentary and carries no obligation — but the more useful promise is this: if waiting, or a different plan, would serve you better, you’ll hear that plainly and leave with it, whether or not it books a thing. That’s the one thing worth being certain of before you come in.

Gentle Answers

The questions mothers actually ask.

Who’ll take care of my kids while I recover?

This is the question most mothers lead with, and it’s planned before your date, not after. Weeks one and two are the restricted stretch — no lifting the little ones — so we map out in advance who helps with the house and the school run, and where a private recovery-support arrangement can be added if you’d like one. You won’t be improvising it afterwards.

Can breastfeeding come before or after?

Yes — timing matters. It’s generally best to wait until you’ve finished nursing and your breasts have settled (often several months after weaning) before a breast procedure, so the result is planned on your true shape. Feeding future babies is talked through candidly at your consult, as part of the plan.

I had a C-section. Does that change anything?

Often for the better. Where possible the existing caesarean scar can be worked with — incorporated into the tummy-tuck incision rather than added to. It’s reviewed openly at your consult so nothing about your history is a surprise on the day.

Will it last if I have another baby?

A future pregnancy can undo the result, which is exactly why timing is part of the plan. If you may have more children, the honest recommendation is usually to wait — and you’ll hear that plainly rather than be booked anyway.

Can’t I just fix the belly pouch with more core work?

Often not. A pouch that survives diet and exercise is frequently diastasis — separated abdominal muscle — which planks and crunches physically cannot knit back together. A tummy tuck repairs the muscle itself; that’s the difference, and why effort alone rarely finishes the job.

Is it safe — and how much recovery are we really talking about?

It’s real surgery, with real anaesthesia, a real recovery and real risks — done by a board-certified surgeon in a fully accredited facility. The restricted stretch is roughly the first two weeks, with a gradual return over about six; timelines are typical ranges and individual, never guaranteed. Everything is spelled out before you agree to it.

Is this a weight-loss treatment?

No, and this matters to us. A mommy makeover restores shape and repairs structure; it isn’t a treatment for weight loss and it works best once you’re already near a stable weight. If your weight is still changing, that’s talked through candidly first.

What will it cost, and can it be financed?

All-inclusive pricing starts from about $6,499 and is confirmed at your free consult, once a plan is designed for your case — one number covering surgeon, anaesthesia, facility, garments and follow-ups. Gentle financing is available (reference from about $142/mo), a reservation can begin with a modest hold, and payments can start after your recovery. The soft-check doesn’t affect your credit.*

How do I know if I’m even a candidate?

Start with the free 60-second candidacy check above — it gives a warm, personalized read, including on timing, in about a minute. It isn’t a diagnosis — a board-certified surgeon confirms candidacy, and the right timing, at your complimentary consult.
