Feel like yourself again — precisely restored.

The changes after children aren’t a willpower problem, and crunches can’t reach them — stretched skin, a deflated shape, a belly pouch that’s often separated muscle. KELVIN plans the restoration in 3D and performs it as one measured surgery. Run the 60-second candidacy check and see the combined plan your body actually matches.

Before Anything Else

This was never a willpower problem.

You did the pregnancies, the sleepless years, the putting-yourself-last. Then you did the clean eating and the core work — and the stretched skin, the deflated shape, the little belly that stayed anyway never answered to any of it. It was never going to. The changes after children are structural — muscle, skin and volume — not a measure of how hard you tried.

KELVIN doesn’t ask you to work harder. It measures what’s actually there and repairs it, with a plan mapped to your own anatomy.

A mommy makeover is elective surgery, planned carefully — not a weight-loss treatment, and not a device. Knowing the difference is where an honest plan begins.

Why It Happens

What pregnancy actually changes — measured, in plain language.

Most of what a mommy makeover addresses isn’t fat at all. It’s what carrying and delivering a child does to the structure underneath. Understanding it is what tells you which fixes will ever work — and which never could.

Before · muscle together

The two halves of the abdominal wall sit together along a firm centre line — a flat, supported profile.

After · separated (diastasis)

The muscles stretch apart and leave a gap. The lower belly pushes forward through it — the “pooch” a workout physically cannot close.

Separated muscle

Diastasis recti — the abdominal wall parted during pregnancy and didn’t knit back. A structural gap, not fat. Planks and crunches cannot repair it.

Stretched skin

Skin stretched over months of growth can lose elasticity and not retract, folding or draping even once the weight is gone.

Deflated breasts

After nursing, breasts can lose volume and settle lower — a change in shape and position that fullness alone won’t restore.

Redistributed fat

Where the body holds fat can shift after pregnancy, thickening the waist and flanks in a way that stays stubborn to effort.

One Plan, One Recovery

Addressed together, as a system — not piece by piece over years.

A mommy makeover isn’t one operation. It’s a measured combination of procedures — commonly a tummy tuck with muscle repair, a breast lift and/or restored volume, and lipo to refine the waist — planned so the abdomen, breasts and shape read in proportion with one another. Done together, they mean one anesthetic and one recovery, which for a mother is the part that actually matters.

Done separately

Three surgeries, three recoveries

Addressing each concern on its own, months or years apart, is a real option — but it asks the scarcest thing you have.

  • A separate recovery for each procedure — the hardest weeks, repeated
  • Anesthesia and downtime, more than once
  • Results that can drift out of proportion when done at different times
The measured combination

One plan, one recovery

Where it genuinely serves the result, the components are combined into a single planned procedure — undertaken once.

  • One recovery to arrange your life and your children’s around
  • Abdomen, breasts and waist balanced to each other in one 3D-mapped design
  • Only what the result requires — nothing combined for its own sake
What Is Addressed

The restoration, part by part — combined only where it serves you.

Stretched skin, separated muscle and deflated breast volume look similar in the mirror and need completely different fixes. The candidacy check reads which are likely at play; a surgeon confirms the plan in person.

The tummy — tummy tuck

Removes stretched, excess skin and, where present, repairs the separated muscle (diastasis) — the structural change core work can’t reach. This is what finally flattens the profile.

Tummy tuck route

The breasts — lift and/or volume

A lift restores position after nursing; restored or added fullness brings back proportion. Planned to your frame, never to a trend.

Breast lift / aug route

The waist & flanks — lipo

Liposuction refines the waistline and sides in the same setting, so the abdomen and the flanks read together rather than one at a time.

Lipo route

The finishing touches

Where they serve the whole, arms or the mons can be refined in the same plan — considered options, never a default add-on.

Optional route

Your combination, not a package

Every mother’s starting point is different. Your plan includes only the components that restore your proportions — nothing more.

  • Every plan mapped in 3D and measured to your own anatomy — no template, no house style
  • A mommy-makeover practice kept deliberately measured — a limited number of cases each month
  • A philosophy of restoring what motherhood changed — never chasing a look that was never yours

Are You Ready? · 60-Second Candidacy Check

Not everything about a mommy makeover is the surgery — a good part of it is timing. Five quick questions, about a minute. At the end, a measured first read on where — and when — to begin, and a modeled plan match. It’s a first read, not a diagnosis.

Your Recovery, Handled

The hard question isn’t the surgery. It’s who’s got the kids while you heal.

For most mothers this is the real hesitation — not the operation, but the two weeks after it, with small people who still need lifting, feeding and school runs. So it isn’t left to improvise. Before you ever agree to a date, the recovery is mapped to your household — a help-plan for the first weeks, honest lifting limits, and where private recovery-support can be added if you’d like it.

  • Weeks 1–2 · the part to plan for

Rest, and hands you’ve arranged in advance

The most restricted stretch. No lifting the little ones; help lined up for the house and school run — planned before your date, not after.

  • Weeks 2–6 · easing back

Light and steady, on a mother’s timeline

Most mothers are up and moving gently sooner than they feared, returning to light routine while still respecting limits. Timelines are typical ranges, and individual — never a guarantee.

  • Reviewed in person, throughout

You’re never left to guess what’s normal

Your surgeon reviews you along the way, so at every stage you know what to expect rather than searching for it at midnight.

One Mother’s Words

What the plan-first approach actually feels like.

A quietly confident mother, some time after her procedure
“I put it off for six years. I kept telling myself I’d try harder — one more program, one more January. What changed my mind wasn’t a promise, it was the read. The check flagged that the pouch was likely separated muscle, not fat, and the surgeon confirmed all of it in 3D before anything was booked. One all-inclusive number, laid out plainly. One recovery, planned around my two instead of disappearing twice. I look like myself again — rested, in proportion. No one’s asked what I had done. A few have asked what I’ve been doing differently.”

Safety & Standards

Real surgery deserves real standards.

Every KELVIN plan is performed by a board-certified surgeon, in an accredited facility, confirmed against you as a real candidate first — before anything is scheduled.

Board-certified surgeon

Every plan is designed and performed by a surgeon board-certified in plastic and reconstructive surgery — never delegated.

Accredited surgical facility

Your combined procedure is carried out in a fully accredited surgical suite, held to the standard that matters most on the day it counts.

Candidacy confirmed first

A surgeon verifies you’re a real candidate — and tells you plainly when you’re not — before anything is scheduled.

Let’s be honest with each other.

A mommy makeover is real surgery — real anesthesia, a real recovery, and real risks, each component carrying its own. It’s elective cosmetic surgery, not weight loss and not a device — and not for right now if you’re still planning more children or are early postpartum. If your read or your surgeon sees the timing isn’t right, you’ll hear that plainly, before anyone books you. A plan that isn’t ready helps no one.

Making It Work

Priced clearly — and timed around your recovery.

The reason to wait is rarely the surgery. For many mothers it’s the timing, because recovery can mean weeks without earning.

and payments can start after you’ve healed.

A reservation can begin with a modest hold (about 10% down), with monthly payments able to start after your recovery, not during it. A complete, all-inclusive figure is prepared for you transparently at consultation — one number, once a plan exists, and never before your anatomy is understood.

What’s Included

One figure, prepared for you — and no surprises inside it.

KELVIN quotes a mommy makeover all-inclusive, so the number you’re given at consultation is the number. Here’s what that one figure covers.

Sized to the procedures your plan actually needs.

Your matched combination — tummy, breast, lipo, or all three — and your surgeon builds a transparent, all-inclusive figure at consultation. Nothing is bundled in that your read didn’t call for.

All follow-up visits through recovery — not billed one by one
No surprise fees — what’s quoted is what’s owed

Illustrative pricing posture (from $6,499 all-inclusive; financing from ~$142/mo; reservation from ~10% down). Real figures and inclusions are set per surgeon/practice at onboarding. A mommy makeover is elective cosmetic surgery.

If Now Isn’t Your Time

If a mommy makeover isn’t right yet, we’ll tell you so.

The consultation is complimentary and carries no obligation — but the more useful promise is this: if waiting, or a different plan, would serve you better, you’ll hear that plainly and leave with it, whether or not it books a procedure. That’s the one thing worth being certain of before you come in.

Considered Questions

The questions mothers actually ask.

Is this surgery, or a device / treatment?

It’s surgery. A mommy makeover is real, elective cosmetic surgery — typically a combination of a tummy tuck (with muscle repair), a breast lift and/or augmentation, and lipo, performed together under anesthesia in an accredited facility by a board-certified surgeon. “Precision” here means the plan is measured and mapped in 3D — not that it’s a device or non-invasive.

Who’ll take care of my kids while I recover?

This is the question most mothers lead with, and it’s planned before your date, not after. Weeks one and two are the restricted stretch — no lifting the little ones — so we map out in advance who helps with the house and school run, and where private recovery-support can be added. You won’t be improvising it afterwards.

Can’t I just fix the belly pouch with more core work?

Often not. A pouch that survives diet and exercise is frequently diastasis — separated abdominal muscle — which planks and crunches physically cannot knit back together. A tummy tuck repairs the muscle itself; that’s the difference, and why effort alone rarely finishes the job.

Can breastfeeding come before or after?

Yes — timing matters. It’s generally best to wait until you’ve finished nursing and your breasts have settled (often several months after weaning) before a breast procedure, so the result is planned on your true shape. Feeding future babies is discussed candidly at consultation.

I had a C-section. Does that change anything?

Often for the better. Where possible the existing caesarean scar can be worked with — incorporated into the tummy-tuck incision rather than added to. It’s reviewed openly at consultation so nothing about your history is a surprise on the day.

Will it last if I have another baby?

A future pregnancy can undo the result, which is exactly why timing is part of the plan. If you may have more children, the honest recommendation is usually to wait — and you’ll hear that plainly rather than be booked anyway.

Is it safe — and how much recovery are we really talking about?

It’s real surgery, with real anesthesia, a real recovery and real risks — performed by a board-certified surgeon in a fully accredited facility. The restricted stretch is roughly the first two weeks, with a gradual return over about six; timelines are typical ranges and individual, never guaranteed. Everything is spelled out before you agree to it.

Is this a weight-loss treatment?

No. A mommy makeover restores shape and repairs structure; it is not a treatment for weight loss and is best suited to those at or near a stable weight. It’s an elective cosmetic choice for adults 18+.

What will it cost, and can it be financed?

A complete, all-inclusive figure is prepared for you transparently at consultation, once a plan is designed for your case — one number covering surgeon, anesthesia, facility, garments and follow-ups. Financing is available (reference from about $142/mo), a reservation can begin with a modest hold, and payments can start after your recovery. The soft-check doesn’t affect your credit.

How do I know if I’m even a candidate?

The 60-second candidacy check on this page gives a measured first read. It isn’t a diagnosis — a board-certified surgeon confirms candidacy, and the right timing, at your complimentary consultation.
